BIT ABOUT ME

My name is Julia, I am a 47 years old mum of two boys living in Dubai with my beautiful family. ​

 

I am also a certified Nutrition Coach (PN1) and a STOTT Pilates instructor.​

 

My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 1999 I’ve been working as a qualified coach in Dubai, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.

With my in-depth knowledge I help women take conscious control of their eating habits & exercise. With me you will not only transform your body but you will also improve your emotional state & general health.
